We will be holding our unit committee republican party canvass to elect our executive committee leadership on Saturday, March 14th from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.

Qualifications for Participation
All citizens of the United States who are legal and qualified voters of Chesterfield County under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regardless of race, religion, national origin or sex, who are in accord with the principles of the Republican Party, and who, if requested, express in open meeting either orally or in writing as may be required their intent to support all of its nominees for public office in the ensuing election may participate as members of the Republican Party of Virginia in its mass meetings, party canvasses, conventions, or primaries encompassing their respective election districts.
Party Reconstitution
This year all current members of the committee must reapply to be members as part of the required party reconstitution cycle. Below is the filing form to reapply for membership. The filing form (print & sign) and $35 annual dues fee may be submitted online, using the links below. Please select “annual dues payment” option from the list if submitting online. Forms and payment must be submitted by March 13 at 5 PM. See the filing form for additional details.
If you wish to mail your form and a check for $35, you may do so.
Membership forms and checks must be mailed and received by, or delivered in person to, Vice Chairman of Organization Leslie Matthews, 3301 W Grove Ave, Chester VA 23831-2104, by the deadline referenced above. POSTMARKS DO NOT GOVERN.
